Terms & Conditions


By placing an order with Happiness Factory, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions governing purchases, delivery, returns, and refunds. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, trust, and a smooth shopping experience for all customers.


All orders should be carefully checked at the time of delivery. In the event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers must report the issue via email on the same day of delivery. The communication must include complete order details along with clear photos and videos of the product and packaging as received. Claims submitted without proper visual evidence or reported after the delivery window may not be eligible for review.


Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, edible and perishable items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are found to be spoiled or damaged at the time of delivery. Since many of our hampers are customized and prepared specifically for each order, returns or cancellations based on a change of mind are generally not accepted. However, in rare and compassionate circumstances, such requests may be considered at our discretion through direct communication with our customer support team.


Once a return or damage claim is verified, Happiness Factory reserves the right to offer an appropriate resolution. This may include a full replacement of the hamper, replacement of the damaged or incorrect item, or a partial or full refund limited to the affected products only. The mode and timeline of refunds will be communicated after verification.


Shipping timelines are shared after order processing and delivery is completed through trusted courier partners. Tracking details are provided once the order is dispatched. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses. Any delays, failed deliveries, or additional re-shipping costs arising from incorrect address details will be borne by the customer.
